In Addition, The Project Includes The Renewal Of Yard Areas And Yard Structures As Specified In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Acquisition Includes, For The Land Owned By The Purchaser, The Mandatory Changes Of The Unified School, E.G. Demolition, Construction, Electrical, Fixed Furnishing, Yard And Land Construction And Hvac Works As Specified In More Detail In The Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Educational Activities Are Operating On The Plot Now And During Construction, Which The Contractors Must Take Into Account In The Planning And Implementation Of The Project. The Project Is Implemented As A Kvr Contract, Where The Contractor Is Responsible For The Overall Planning And Implementation Of The Construction Site In Accordance With The Goals, Requirements And Initial Data Set By The Procurement Entity. The Selected Contractor Is Responsible For The Coordination Of Planning And Implementation, Modeling, Schedule, Quality, Costs, Documentation, Work Safety And The Management Obligations Of The Construction Work.
