The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Individual Manufacturing Of Test Equipment Related To The Use Of Vtts Research (E.G. Welding Of Electrolyzers For Hydrogen Research), Welding Of Pipelines And Ductwork (Especially Acid-Resistant Steel) And The Manufacture Of Metal Structures And Prototypes And Related Installation Work (Later Services). Services Are Ordered According To Vtts Research Needs, When Vtt Is In The Process Of Equipment Construction And Maintenance Needs. The Projects Are Implemented According To The Schedule Decided By Vtts Customer, In Which Case The Assignments Are Not Necessarily Evenly Distributed Over The Contract Period. The Scope Of Assignments Varies From A Few Hundred Euros To Thousands Of Euros On A Case-By-Case Basis. The Anticipated Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period Is €60,000 - €200,000/Year. The Maximum Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period Is €800,000. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Find Professional Contract Partners As Service Providers. Vtt Selects A Maximum Of Three (3) Service Providers As Contractual Partners. The Competition Seeks Providers Of Services For A Framework Contract Period Of Two (2) Years. After The Actual Framework Contract Period, Vtt Has The Option To Extend The Validity Of The Contract For Two (1+1) Option Years, One Year At A Time.
