The Aim Of This Tender Is To Award The Services Of A Neutral Managed Service Provider (Msp), Which Takes Over The Complete Coordination, Processing And Purchasing Of External Service Providers Exclusively Within The Framework Of Service Contracts (Dp) For Henw. The Management Of Temporary Employment Contracts (Anü) And Work Contracts (Wv) Is Not Part Of This Tender. Henw Reserves The Right To Have These Contract Types Coordinated By A Managed Service Provider At A Later Date As Part Of A Separate Tender. For The Specified Scope Of Services (Service Contracts), The Msp Provides Its Own Vendor Management System (Vms) As An Independent Standalone Software Solution (Without Connection Or Interfaces To Henws Existing It Landscape) And Operates It Within The Agreed Scope Of Services. The Use Of The Msp Serves To Ensure Legally Compliant, Transparent, Efficient And Economical Management Of The Use Of External Service Providers In The Contract Type Service Contracts In Compliance With All Relevant Legal Requirements, In Particular To Avoid Bogus Self-Employment/Hidden Temporary Employment. Henw Is Looking For A Neutral Managed Service Provider. In This Context, Neutrality Means That The Msp Does Not Use Its Own Staff - Even Through Affiliated Companies - As Part Of The Program. Deviating From This, The Use Of Personnel From Affiliated Companies Can Only Take Place After Explicit Approval By Henw Purchasing And Up To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Total External Service Providers To Be Managed.
