Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Appliances (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products – Supply And Installation Of Equipment, Furniture And Technological Equipment In The Residence With Occupational Center Colmenar De Oreja (Madrid), Assigned To The General Directorate Of Care For People With Disabilities, Through The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide The Colmenar De Oreja Residence With Occupational Center (Madrid) With The Necessary Equipment For Its Transformation Towards The New Person-Centered Care Model, Once The Renovation Works For The Implementation Of Coexistence Units Are Completed. The Contract Includes The Mandatory Submission Of Three Complete Proposals For Design, Decoration And Setting, Aligned With The Principles Of The Person-Centered Care Model, As A Minimum Requirement For Admissibility Of The Offer. The Contract Has The Nature Of A Mixed Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 18 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, As It Includes Both The Provisions Of The Supply Contract And The Provision Of Services Necessary For Its Correct Execution. The Main Provision Of The Contract Consists Of The Acquisition Of Movable Property, Therefore, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Aforementioned Article 18, The Contract Will Be Governed By The Rules Applicable To Supply Contracts. The Supply Includes, As Accessory And Inseparable Services, The Design, Decoration, Setting, Installation And Assembly Actions, Strictly Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Supply And Without Its Own Functional Autonomy.
