The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Performance Of Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Hereinafter Referred To As Tds) According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Construction Act, As Amended, And To Ensure The Activities Of The Osh And Po Coordinator According To Act No. 309/2006 Coll., The Act On Ensuring Other Conditions Of Safety And Health Protection At Work, As Amended, And Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., On Closer To The Minimum Requirements For Safety And Health Protection When Working On Construction Sites, As Amended, During The Implementation Of The Cheb Intersections - Upgrade - Implementation Part Construction - This Is A Technology Upgrade Project And Necessary Construction Modifications Of Intersections In The City Of Cheb. The Client Will Require Inspection Days Once A Week And The Participation Of Tds In The Construction Of Min. 3 Times A Week. Part Of The Scope Of The Contract Is The Development Of An Osh Plan For The Implementation Of The Construction And Notification Of The Start Of Work To The Regional Labor Inspectorate (Oip).
