The General Objective Is The Provision Of Technical Assistance To The Contracting Entity (Ec), In The Form Of Technical Assistance Services In Order To Achieve The Specific Objective Of Digitalization Measures Necessary For The Efficiency And Sustainability Of Investments In The Water/Wastewater Sector And Measures For The Energy Efficiency Of The Or. Applied To The Water Utilities Sector, Digital Transformation Involves The Adoption Of Advanced Technological Systems That Allow Monitoring And Action Of Processes Throughout The Entire Water Management Cycle, From Capture To Discharge Back Into The Environment, Including The Management Of Commercial Relations With End Users.
