The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Delivery Of A Rotary Chair System With Videonystagmography For Vestibular Diagnostics (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device), Including Accessories For The Needs Of The Fnmh. Briefing/Training Of Medical Personnel Will Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized To Do So Pursuant To § 41 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices And In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (Hereinafter Referred To As Act No. 375/2022 Coll.); (Iii.) Warranty And Post-Warranty Servicing Of The Device, Which Will Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized For This Activity, Based On The Manufacturers Certificate Of Service Technician Training According To § 44–46 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
