In This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For Audit Services For The Audit Of The Annual Accounts Of The Ordering Partys Group Companies And The Performance Of Certain Declaration Tasks, As Well As Offers For Agreed Additional Services And Additional Work In Connection With The Audit And The Declaration Tasks. The Services Include The Following Companies: •Vestforsyning A/S, •Vestforsyning Erhverv A/S, •Vestforsyning Belysning A/S, •Vestforsyning El A/S, •Vestforsyning Vind A/S, •Multiforsyning A/S, •L-Net A/S, •Vestforsyning Vand A/S, •Vestforsyning Spildevand A/S, •Vestforsyning Varme A/S, •Maabjerg Energy Center Holding A/S, •Maabjerg Energy Center – Bioheat&Power A/S, And •Maabjerg Energy Center – Varmetransmission A/S. The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Detail In The Requirements Specification (Appendix A), While The Clients Requirements For Contract Terms Appear In The Draft Contract (Appendices C And D). The Contract Comes Into Force On 1 June 2027 After Approval At The Companies General Meetings And Has A Fixed Duration Of 4 Years, I.E. Applies To Audits Of The Relevant Companies For The Financial Years 2027, 2028, 2029 And 2030. In Addition, The Client Has The Option To Extend The Contract In Two Installments Of 2 Years Each (2 X 2 Years), So That The Contract Can Include Audits Up To And Including The Financial Year 2034, If The Client Requires It.
