The City Of Limburg Intends To Commission An Interdisciplinary Office With Strategic Support For An Urban Building Construction Project. As Part Of The Urban Development Funding Program For Social Cohesion, The Construction Of A New Childrens And Family Center Including Outdoor Facilities Is Planned. The Project Is Embedded In An Integrated Urban Development Concept (Isek) And, In Addition To Building Construction And Open Spaces, Also Includes Requirements From Municipal Urban Development, Land-Use Planning And Funding Management. The New Building Is To Be Planned By External Planners As A Public Facility With Social, Educational And Neighborhood-Related Uses. The Tendered Service Includes The Initial Conception And Tenders For External Planning Services; This Is Followed By Operational Cost And Funding Controlling And The Coordination Of External Specialists As Well As Coordination With Sponsors, Committees, Administration And External District Management (Social Cohesion). In Addition, The Service Also Includes The So-Called Delegable Client Tasks.
