The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection, Transport And Management By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Permits Held By Him In This Respect, Of A Batch Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 Originating From Mechanical Screening Of Mixed Municipal Waste (20/03/01), Under The Following Conditions: 1) Estimated Amount Of Waste 9,500 Mg. 2) Collection And Management Of The Oversize Fraction (80 Mm Mesh) Of Mixed Municipal Waste. 3) Waste Will Be Transferred In Bulk After Undergoing Fe Separation On A Magnetic Separator. 4) Waste Must Be Collected From Current Production. 5) Before Each Acceptance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Send A Notification With The Transporting Bdo Number And The Receiving Bdo Number. 6) Loading Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Carried Out Using A Loader With A Bucket With A Capacity Of Up To 3 M3 With A Capacity Of Approx. 15 Mg/H On Working Days. Duration Approx. 30 Minutes/1 Vehicle With A Capacity Of 90-100 M3. Loading At 7.00-16.00, 7) The Ordering Party Guarantees The Size Of A Single Collection Within The Full Capacity Of The Contractors Means Of Transport. 8) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Waste Daily (On Working Days). 9) The Place Of Waste Collection Is The Regional Waste Management Plant In Końskie, Ul. Spacerowa 145, 26-200 Końskie, Province Świętokrzyskie. 10) All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order From The Place Of Collection Are Covered By The Contractor. 11) The Ordering Party Informs That The Amount Of Collected Waste May Change By Approximately 10% Depending On The Needs. The Estimated Quantity Provided Only Illustrates The Possible Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Determined On The Basis Of The Amount Of Waste Imported To The Installation And The Need For Its Further Management. The Actual Amount Of Waste Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. 12) The Contractor May Not Make Any Additional Claims To The Ordering Party For The Total Amount Of Waste Collected During The Settlement Period, Within The Limits Of The Indicated Tolerance. 13) Waste Covered By This Order Should Be Managed In Installations That Have Decisions Authorizing The Processing Of This Waste In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Proper Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 14) The Condition For Settlement For Each Collected Batch Of Waste Will Be A Waste Transfer Card (Kpo) In The Waste Database System. 15) The Ordering Party Allows For The Collection Of Waste By A Truck With A Moving Floor Semi-Trailer Up To A Loading Height Of < 3.8 M. 16) Waste Covered By This Order Should Be Managed In Installations That Have Decisions Allowing The Processing Of This Waste, In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Proper Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 17) After Each Month Of Performing The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Statement On How To Do So
