Roof-Covering Work – 2024-0304, Roof Sealing Work, Renovation Of Festhalle-Opladen, Opladener Platz 5A, 51379 Leverkusen. The Opladen Festival Hall, Part Of The District Administrator Lucas High School, Is Undergoing Extensive Renovation. The Renovation Includes The Building Shell As Well As The Complete Stage Technology Including The Building Technical Equipment. The Last Comprehensive Renovation Took Place In 1991/1992 (Tga) And In The 2000S And 2020S (Window Systems And Pollutant Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Wall Plasters And Floor Coverings). The Work Will Be Carried Out In Phases As Shown In The Construction Schedule (Appendix 04 Draft). The First Phase Is The Dismantling Of The Basement With All Of The Building Services. In The Second Phase, Dismantling Of The Upper Floors Of The Ballroom, Foyer, Etc. And Roof Dismantling (Smoke Vents, Dry Coolers) Are Carried Out. Trade Related: The Work Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Flat Roof Areas, Some Of Which Are Contaminated With Pollutants - Approx. 1,200 M2 Of Bitumen Roof Seal Including Insulation And Atik - Approx. 38 M2 Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal New Flat Roof Sealing - Approx And Smoke Vents - New Smoke Vents This Measure Is Being Implemented With Financial Support From The European Union And The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia.
