Sport-Related Services – Management Of Sports-Social Prescription Projects Within The Municipal Therapeutic Sports Program Citius, Longaevus, Fortius 2026-2029. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Management Of Sports-Social Prescription Projects, Which Involves The Coordination, Design, Implementation And Evaluation Of Cyclical Processes Of Prescription Of Physical Exercise And Therapeutic Sports And Other Community Social Activities, Taking The Health Centers Of Pamplona As The Referral Axis. The Sports-Social Prescription Projects Allow Managing Cyclical Processes Of Prescription Of Physical Exercise And Therapeutic Sports And Other Social Activities, Taking The Health Centers Of Pamplona As The Referral Axis. These Projects Aim To Therapeutically Use Sport, Physical Exercise, And Other Social Activities To Minimize The Socio-Health Problems Associated With People In Situations Of Unwanted Loneliness, Frailty Syndrome, And Sedentary Lifestyle And Physical Inactivity. This Problem Is More Pressing To Resolve Among The Population Group Aged 50 Or Over That Constitutes The Target Population Of The Contract. Likewise, The Sports-Social Prescription Projects Follow The Prescription Model Provided For In The Technical Prescription Document, Coordinating Resources Of Different Types, A Majority Of Which Are Not The Subject Of This Contract.
