Road-Maintenance Vehicles – Procurement Of Replacement Superstructures For Existing Truck Chassis For Summer Road Maintenance. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Procurement Of 4 Replacement Superstructures For Existing Truck Chassis For Summer Road Maintenance. The Clients Requirements Are Defined In Detail In Appendix No. 3A And No. 3B – Technical Specification. The Requirements For The Design And Technical Parameters Of Vehicles With Superstructures Are Minimal And Binding For Suppliers. If The Participant Proposes A Different Design With Unsatisfactory Parameters Or With Incomplete Equipment, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Exclude This Offer From Further Evaluation. The Participant Can Offer Products With Higher Technical Parameters Than The Set Minimums, But Must Not Exceed The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For Maximum Performance Values, If They Are Defined. The Contracting Authority Requires Such A Technical, Functional And Legislative Implementation Of Exchangeable Superstructures That Will Enable Their Trouble-Free Assembly On The Chassis Listed In Appendix No. 3A And No. 3B – Technical Specification And Subsequent Operation On Roads While Ensuring Road Maintenance Without Exceeding The Technical Capabilities Of Existing Chassis (E.G. Engine Power And Axle Load In Compliance With All Valid Legislative Conditions). This Requirement Shall Be Substantiated By A Tabular Calculation Of The Load Of The Vehicle Broken Down – The Load On Individual Axles And For The Vehicle As A Whole, For Each Chassis And Superstructure With A Comment On The Calculation And A Statement. In The Offer, The Supplier Will Present The Technical Documentation Of The Offered Superstructures In Order To Check The Required Parameters. For Superstructures, The Contracting Authority Expects The Scope Of The Annual Progress To Be Approx. 1000 Operating Hours. Superstructures Must Be Delivered In Fully Functional Condition, New, Original, Not Refurbished And Must Comply With All Regulations And Standards Applicable To This Category Of Vehicles (Superstructures), Incl. Their Approval For Operation In The Czech Republic. The Design Of Superstructures Proposed By The Participant Must Be In Accordance With Legislative And Technical Conditions In Terms Of Technical Solution, Work Capacity And Connection System Of Individual Work Tools. By Connecting The Vehicle And Superstructure, There Must Be No Mutual Restriction Of Functionality For The Individual Components Of The Assembly (Superstructure/Chassis).
