Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Traffic System, Outdoor Facility And Technical Equipment Planning Services For The Redesign Of The Market Square In Spandau. The Order Includes Traffic, Open-Air Facilities And Technical Equipment Planning Services In Accordance With The Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers (Hoai), Part 3 Property Planning, Section 2 Outdoor Facilities (§ 39 Hoai) And Section 4 Traffic Facilities (§ 47 Hoai) As Well As Part 4, Section 2 Technical Equipment (§ 55 Hoai), Including Special Services. The Services Are Awarded As A Complete Contract. It Can, Among Other Things, Companies, Companies Or Working Groups Participate In The Process. There Are No Plans To Award Partial Services. It Is Intended To Award Service Phases 5 To 8; Individual Service Modules And Objects Are Commissioned From Lph 1 Or 2 Onwards. A Coordinated Design Plan (Lph 3) Is Available. The Market Square Forms The Central Area Of The Old Town And Represents The Historic Center As Well As The Core Of The Pedestrian Zone. In Addition To Its Function As A Trading Center, It Serves As A Venue For Markets And Other Public Uses All Year Round. The Square Currently Has Urban Planning, Functional And Design Deficits. The Aim Of The Project Is The Redesign And Sustainable Development Of A Contemporary, Multifunctional And Barrier-Free City Square With A High Quality Of Stay. In Particular, The Requirements For Flexible Market Use, The Implementation Of Events As Well As Aspects Of Climate Protection And Sustainable Rainwater Management Must Be Taken Into Account. As Part Of The Previous Planning, A Verified Design Plan (Bpu) Up To Performance Phase 3 Was Developed. This Forms The Basis For Further Planning And Must Be Fleshed Out And Updated In The Following Performance Phases. Existing Statements And Feedback Must Be Taken Into Account In Consultation With The Client. The Project Includes Several Interlinked Service Modules And Different Objects That Must Be Processed And Coordinated Holistically. The Subject Of The Service Is, In Particular, The Further Development Of The Design Planning For The Entire Marketplace In Service Phases 5 To 8 For Outdoor Areas And Traffic Facilities, Ensuring A Balanced Relationship Between Design Quality, Recreational Function, Market Use And Climatic Requirements. In Addition, A Play Area And A Ground-Level Water Feature Including Technical Systems Must Be Planned In Service Phases 2 To 8. In Addition, The Service Includes Lighting Planning Including Possible Adjustments, Among Other Things, To Lighting Locations And Lighting Recalculation Of The Existing Systems As Well As The Planning Of A Supplementary Lighting Concept For Atmospheric Indirect Lighting Of The Square. Furthermore, An Integrated System Of Underground Utilities Must Be Designed And Planned In Order To Improve The Infrastructure For Market And Event Use And Existing Bar
