Software Package And Information Systems – Framework Agreement For Microsoft Software Products And Services In Accordance With The Bmi Enterprise Agreement Including Sce. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Procurement Of Licenses With Software Assurance, The Extension Of Software Assurance And The Other Available Services From The Volume Licensing Program Enterprise Agreement Including Server & Cloud Enrollment As Well As The Provision Of Any Value-Added Services (In Particular Software Assurance Benefits) From The Licensor Microsoft. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And License All Products And To Provide The Other Services That Are Available Under The Enterprise Agreement Contract Model In Accordance With The Mbsa (Microsoft Business And Service Agreement, U5223585) Concluded Between The Federal Republic Of Germany, Represented By The Bmi (Currently The Federal Ministry Of The Interior) And Microsoft, And The Enterprise Agreement Concluded Thereunder (Currently The Enterprise Agreements Platform And Component Conditions 4785551 And 5249528). The Aforementioned Contracts Concluded Between The Bmi And Microsoft Are Collectively Referred To Below As Condition Contracts. Products And Services From The Manufacturer Microsoft From The Contract Model Select Plus And Select Plus Academic Are Not The Subject Of This Contract. According To The Current Mbsa, The Client Is Entitled To Join The Currently Valid Condition Contracts Between Microsoft And The Federal Republic Of Germany. The Client Is Prepared To Join In This Way Under The Current And Future Enterprise Agreements. All Software Ordered Must Be Activated For Each Product Using Key Management Service (Kms) And, If Available From Microsoft, Using Multiple Activation Key (Mak).
