The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Award The Following Services In Accordance With Hoai 2021 Part 3 And Part 4 As Well As Hoas-2 2022 For The Conversion And Design Measure: 1.: Property Planning Building, Lph. 1-9 In Accordance With §§ 33-37 Hoai 2021 + Special Services (Basic Services, Building Physics, Thermal Insulation And Energy Balancing In Accordance With Geg (See Hoai, Annex 1, Number 1.2, Aho Issue 23) By A Certified Energy Consultant; Fire Protection Planning And Development Of Fire Protection Concept In Accordance With Aho Issue 17, Basic Services; Participation In The Review Of Supplementary Offers Based On The Construction Industry; Monitoring The Elimination Of Defects Within The Statute Of Limitations; Creation Of Existing Building Documentation. 2.: Scenographic Design, Lph. 1-7 In Accordance With Section 10 Hoas-2 2022 For Thematically Designed Areas And Rooms For An Indoor Play And Adventure World In Which Content Is Conveyed. 3.: Structural Planning, Lph. Engineering Control Of The Execution Of The Structure For Compliance With The Checked Static Documents Due To The Complexity Of The Task As Assessed By The Client, An Application Is Only Possible For The Three Planning Services Described. The Absence Of A Planning Service In The Application Will Lead To Exclusion.
