The Subject Of The Agreement Is In Particular The Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Integration, Launch And Implementation Of An Integrated It System Supporting The Management Of Water Supply And Sewage Infrastructure And The Provision Of Public E-Services, Including: 1) E-Services Portal (Ebok), 2) Mobile Application (Android), 3) Back-Office Module With A Workflow Mechanism, 4) Egis System With The Construction And Implementation Of A Spatial Database, 5) Telemetry System Aggregating Data From Measurement Points, 6) Zone Visualization And Balancing System (Dma), 7) Integration With The Ordering Partys Domain Systems, 8) Integration With The Ezd System, 9) Integration With The Electronic Payment System, 10) Integration With The Notification System (Sms, E-Mail, Push), 11) Delivery, Configuration And Integration Of Measurement And Telemetry Devices, 12) Implementation, Training, Documentation And Technical Assistance. 13) System Implementation. The System May Be On-Premise, Cloud Or Hybrid. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Replacement Of Water Meters, Network Modernization And Implementation Of An Intelligent Water Supply Network Management System. In The Event Of Using A Hybrid Architecture, The Use Of External Infrastructure (Including Cloud Services Or Remote Components) Is Allowed, Provided That: 1) The Ordering Partys Key Data, In Particular Measurement Data And User Data, Are Stored On Infrastructure Under The Ordering Partys Control Or In A Way That Ensures The Ordering Party Full Access To And Control Over This Data, 2) Data Security Is Ensured In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations And Opz Requirements, 3) The System Ensures Continuity Of Operation Regardless Of The Availability Of External Components To The Extent Specified In The Opz, 4) The Solutions Used Do Not Make The Ordering Party Dependent On A Single Supplier (Vendor Lock-In), 5) The Ordering Party Has Administrative Access To The System To The Extent Enabling Its Operation And Control. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The System Architecture And Obtain Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party Before Implementation.
