The Subject Of The Order Is To Exercise Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task As Part Of The Project Titled: Works On The Cross-City Line In Warsaw, Section Warszawa Wschodnia - Warszawa Zachodnia, Stage Iia. The Contractor Will Provide Authors Supervision For The Duration And Acceptance Of Construction Works (From Handing Over The Construction Site Works To The Contractor Until The Last Final Acceptance) Covered By The Developed Design Documentation For The Task In Question. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. Basic Scope (Described In Detail In Point 1.3.2 Of The Opz) - Authors Supervision For A Maximum Of 2,250 Stays Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Warszawa Wschodnia Station (Together With Adjacent Sections) From The Warszawa Wschodnia Station To Ul. Wybrzeże Szczecińskie And The Construction Of A New Railway Line Connecting Railway Lines No. 7 And 9, Along With The Construction, Reconstruction And Demolition Of Buildings; 2. Scope Of The Option Right, Including Extending The Subject Of The Agreement By Increasing The Number Of Stays By A Maximum Of 1,350 Stays During The Period Of Implementation Of Construction Works And Acceptance Of Construction Works Covered By The Authors Supervision In Question, After The Ordering Party Activates The Option Right For The Building In The Agreement With The Contractor Of Construction Works To Which The Service Provided By The Contractor Applies. The Duties Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Construction Law And Within The Scope Described In The Opz.
