The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Maintenance And Servicing Services To The Exhibition Of The Nbp Money Center In Warsaw To The Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Option Right To Commission The Contractor To Perform: 1) Technical Support Services, With A Time Limit Of Up To 1,000 Hours; 2) Orders For Minor Installation And Construction Works On The Premises Of Cp, Including: A) Installation And Construction Works, B) Removal Of The Effects Of A Failure In The Field Of Repairs Of Building Elements And Interior Design, C) Maintenance And Repair Activities Of Devices And Installations Not Covered By The Contractors Service (E.G. In The Event Of Failure Of External Contractors To Fulfill Warranty Obligations), D) Modernization, Reconfiguration Or Change Of Operating Parameters Of Devices That Is Not Possible Execution Without Replacing Parts Or Components, E) Assembly And Disassembly Of The Exhibition Elements Not Related To The Removal Of Breakdowns And Faults. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Requirements And Rules For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Specific Contract.
