Tenders are invited for Renovation for Finance, HR & Administration and Infrastructure Division at Nibm Head Office, 120/5, Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 07. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees 15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand) effective from 12th May 2026 to 2nd June 2026 during 09.00 am to 3.00 pm on working days from the office of the NIBM during office hours at the address given in paragraph (4) above. The method of payment will be by cash. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security in the form of bank guarantee of not less than Sri Lankan Rupees One Million One Hundred Thousand (LKR 1,100,000.00). Late Bids and Bids sent electronically will not be accepted and will be rejected.
