The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Departmental Council Of Lot-Et-Garonne Has Decided To Begin The Rehabilitation And Redevelopment Work On The Pierre Bridge. This Bridge Crosses The Garonne, The Tracks On The Bank And Allows The D 656 To Connect The Town Of Agen To The Town Of Le Passage, In Two 3-Lane Sections. The Bridge Supports Sensitive Networks (Tigf Gas, Town Gas, Electricity, Urban Heating Network, Etc.) And Is Part Of The Perimeter Of Classified Historic Monuments. It Is Located In A Sensitive Natural Area Where Spawning Grounds Are Identified, A Remarkable Population Of Bats Has Been Identified On The Structure. A Diagnosis Of The Bridge Was Established As Part Of A Previous Project Management. The Project Manager Designated During This Consultation Must Take Ownership Of The Data From The Previous Diagnosis, Update And Enrich Them. The Work Will Be Modeled To Understand The Functioning Of The Structures And Its Accessories. This Modeling Must Make It Possible To Integrate Data On The Uses Of The Bridge (Road Counting, Etc.). The Collection Of Information Must Make It Possible To Identify The State Of The Parts Of The Work, The Extent Of The Heritage, Regulatory, Technical, Ecological And Operational Issues. The Project Manager Must Establish A Work Program. He Will Also Have To Produce An Environmental Diagnosis Around The Work, In Order To Establish An Impact Study Of The Planned Work (Bats, Spawning Grounds, Etc.). Accompanying And Compensatory Measures Must Be Quantified If Necessary
