Tenders are invited for Provision of Temporary Rooms / Stalls within the Festival Ground: Making a Temporary Office ( 20 *30^ Prime Prime ) with Two Doors that can be Locked and within that so as to Separate a Room of 10x10 Ft., Covering with Zn-Al Sheers to the Height of 7 Ft with Netting of 1 X 1 Inch on Top of that for 2 Ft and with a Two Side Roof of Using Zn-Al Sheets and Box Bar and Construction of Three (03) Stalls of 12 * 12 ) with Doors near the Main Stage (with Lockable Doors] Bid applications for the above will be issued from 12.05.2026 until 26.05.2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. and the bid applications may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3540.00. Perfected bids may either be sent by registered post or deposited in the bid box kept in the official room of the Accountant to receive before 10.30 a.m. on 27.05.2026. A bid security to the value of 2% of the bid value may either be deposited in cash or submitted by a bank guarantee in favour of the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Anuradhapura valid for 60 days.
