Tenders are invited for Procurement of Hygiene Kits Deadline Wednesday, 27. May 2026 In response to the ongoing conflict, SOS Childrens Villages Lebanon has launched an Emergency Response project to ensure the safety and well-being of children, families, and communities affected by the crisis. The disruption of hygiene and ready to eat kits is crucial to provide to families and children affected by this war and whom have been purchase out of their places and lost their incomes. As part of this initiative, SOS Lebanon invites suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of 810 Hygiene Kits to support families and children affected during this emergency. SOS Lebanon are inviting interested parties to submit a bid as part of a competitive process for the supply of 810 MHM and Hygiene kits. Successful Bidder(s) will be expected to enter into a formal purchase contract on a non-exclusive basis with our organization. SOS Lebanon reserves the right not to award a contract as a result of this Invitation to Tender, or to award to multiple successful Bidders. These instructions are designed to ensure that all Bidders are given equal and fair consideration. It is the Bidders responsibility to ensure their offer is complete and that you provide all the necessary information asked for in the format specified, or risk your offer being rejected. Offers must be received by the deadline specified in the section 1.3 Key Dates and Timelines. The offer and all correspondence and documents related to the tender must be written in English. Each Tenderer or member of consortium or sub-contractor may submit only one offer.
