Tenders are invited for Operation of a Mobile Food Hut at Arrival Outer Porch Area at Bandaranaike International Airport (Bia), Katunayake, Sri Lanka. Terms and conditions and other details applicable will be issued with the bidding documents. Bidding documents may be purchased from the website of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited [AASL] www.airport.lk by making a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000.00 through online payment. Bidding documents can also be purchased on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. from 12th May 2026 upto 01st June 2026 at the office of Commercial & Properties Division, Room No. 31, 2nd Floor, Passenger Terminal Building, Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake on submission of an official request letter on a letter-head of the Bidder and on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000.00 per set in cash. The Bidding Document will be available for inspection, free of charge at the office of Commercial & Properties Division of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake. Bids should be made only on Bidding Form issued by the Company and should accompany a Bid Bond to the value of Rs.277,000.00 in cash or in the form of a Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed Commercial Bank or a Licensed Specialized Bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, valid for 150 days from the date of opening of Bids. Accordingly, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee shall be valid from 12th May 2026 upto 08th October 2026 (inclusive of both days). A Pre-Bid Briefing followed by a visit to the location will be conducted at 10.00 a.m. on 20th May 2026 at Commercial and Properties Division, 2nd Floor of the Passenger Terminal Building, Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives may be present at the Pre-Bid Briefing. Sealed Bids shall be addressed and sent by Registered Post to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee 02, Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake or should be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the office of Supply Chain Management Division labeled as Departmental Procurement Committee 02.
