Medical Equipments, Pharmaceuticals And Personal Care Products – Facial Fractures And Bony Reconstructions Product Family. The Hus Corporation Is Requesting Offers For The Facial Fractures And Bony Reconstructions Product Family. The Products Included In The Procurement Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders, Price And Product Form. This Procurement Concerns The Suspended Sub-Area 1 Of The Previously Tendered Procurement Facial And Jaw Osteosynthesis Materials Hus 183-2026. The Sub-Area In Question Will Be Re-Tendered After The Partial Suspension Of The Previous Procurement Procedure. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, As It Is A Unified Entity. A Listing Of The Products To Be Tendered With Product Groupings And Specifications Is Attached To The Request For Tenders In Appendix 2. The Offered Products Must Comply With The Absolute Requirements And Specifications Stated In Appendix 2 Price And Product Form And Other Tender Request Material. When Requested, The Tenderer Must Prove The Conformity Of His Products In Writing. During The Contract Period, Products Belonging To The Product Groups That Are The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Not Specified In The Product Appendix, Can Also Be Purchased In Accordance With The Anticipated Value Of The Purchase (See The Draft Purchase Contract). The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years On A Fixed-Term Basis. It Can Be Extended With An Option Period Of 1 + 1 Year. It Is A Joint Procurement Of Several Procurement Units, Which Is Carried Out As A Procurement Ring. The Products Requested In This Request For Tender Will Be Used By: Hus Corporation (Hus), South Karelia Welfare Area And Päijät-Häme Welfare Area. See More Detailed Information In Appendix 1 Of The Tender Request, Procurement Contract. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition (Vat 0%) Is Approximately Eur 790,000. It Is An Estimate, And The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To The Announced Euro Amounts And The Realized Consumption Amounts Announced In The Request For Tenders. Final Order Quantities May Be Higher Or Lower Than Stated. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. In The Procurement, The Accelerated Procedure In Accordance With Section 57 Of The Procurement Act Is Used With The Following Justifications: The Deadlines Of The Open And Limited Procedure And The Negotiation Procedure Can Be Shortened If Compliance With The Deadlines In These Procedures Is Practically Impossible Due To The Properly Justified Urgency Of The Procurement Entity.
