Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation (Construction /Fencing) of the State Owned Ahor Dumpsite. 2.0 PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of work Involves construction, fencing of dumpsite with a dimension of 974 fts by 2143 fts, fence capping, plastering work, construction of entrance and exit filling of the entrance and site internal road. 3.0 ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS You are to submit a detailed profile which should contain the following: (a) Certificate of incorporation/registration with cooperate affairs commission (CAC) (b) Evidence of registration with Edo State Public Procurement Agency (c) Evidence of payment of tax by the company for the immediate past 3years (i.e. 2023, 2024, 2025) (d) Companys audited financial account (indicating turnover) and funding information over the past 3 years endorsed by a firm of chartered accountants. (i.e. 2023, 2024, 2025) (e) Company profile which should include: I. Names of current directors as registered with CAC II. Names, qualification and experience of key personnel and copies of their professional certificates. (f) Verifiable Evidence of previous/similar works successfully executed in the past three (3) years showing: I. Letter of award of contract II. Certificate of completion. (g) A sworn affidavit indicating that. I. None of the Directors of the Company has been convicted in any court for any criminal offence including fraud and financial impropriety. II. The Company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt. III. No officer of Edo State Waste Management Board is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the company. IV. Bank Reference. 4.0 COLLECTION/SUBMISSION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS. Interested eligible bidders are to collect the bidding documents or obtain further information from the Procurement Office, Edo State Waste Management Board, Governors Office, P.M.B. 1080, Benin City, Edo State from the date of publication of the advert between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm, Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays upon submission of an evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) using a Service Bill Reference Code to be collected from the Finance and Account Department of the Edo State Waste Management Board. Please note that Bidding document requested by mail will be dispatched by registered / speed post on payment of the postage cost. Edo State Waste Management Board will not be held liable for postage delay (if any) in the delivery of the document or non-receipt of same. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2 percent (2%) of the quoted contract sum. Bid must be submitted to the address below not later than 12 noon on 1st June, 2026 in two (2) separate sealed envelopes and marked TECHNICAL BID on the top right corner and the other to contain the FINANCIAL BID and boldly marked FINANCIAL BID on the top right corner.
