Date Added: May 13, 2026 Deadline: 22/05/2026 Category: Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited as Operator of the Zabazaba field (PML 103) and Etan (PML102) invites interested and reputable companies with relevant experience to indicate an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) services of pipelines, flowlines, risers and transportation and installation of SPS structures and umbilicals including the supply of Gas Export Line pipes and Coating. Zabazaba and Etan deepwater fields are located at about 140 kilometers offshore Nigeria in water depths of up to 2000 meters. The two fields are about 40km apart with a seafloor canyon between them. Development will be phased considering Zabazaba (PML 103) first and then Etan (PML102). The development concept is based on a new hub, with a standalone spread moored FPSO with nameplate oil processing capacity of 150 kbopd and 1.7 MMbbls (minimum) storage capacity. The subsea network consists of subsea horizontal tree systems, manifold systems, production and water injection risers and flowlines including a gas export riser and export flowline. The control of subsea system is provided by dynamic and infield umbilicals with intermediate connections achieved with flying leads. The Zabazaba development will be through a deepwater subsea network consisting of 15 production and 7 water injection wells, 27km of production flowlines and risers, 15km of water injection flowlines and risers, 140km gas export pipeline and riser and a 40km umbilical system (note: lengths provide here are approximate and will be subject to respondents final field layout development). The scope of this EPIC for WPFI (WP-5), subject of this EOI request, includes EPCIC of pipelines, flowlines, risers, transportation, installation of SPS structures and umbilicals including supply of Gas Export Line Pipes and Coating as described above. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for WP-5 shall include but not be limited to the design, engineering, procurement, structures fabrication, transportation, offshore installation, pre-commissioning of the pipelines, risers, jumpers and spools as well as, transportation and installation of subsea structures provided by WP-4 contractor (SPS Subsea Production Systems) and Umbilical provided by WP-6 (Umbilical Systems) contractors. The scope of WP-5 includes amongst others the following activities: Design, procurement, fabrication and installation of flowlines and steel catenary riser systems, including Pipeline Terminations (PLETs, in-line Tees and foundations), for Production, Water Injection systems and Gas Lift systems. Design, procurement, fabrication and installation of flowlines and steel catenary riser system, including Pipeline Terminations (PLETs, in-line Tees and foundations) of Gas Export system Design, procurement and fabrication of rigid flowline spools and well jumpers. Offshore installation and pre-commissioning of flowlines, steel catenary risers, jumpers and spools (for production and Water Injection) including tie-in to the SPS subsea structures. Offshore installation and pre-commissioning of Gas Export Riser and Export Pipeline. Modifications and tie-ins to gas export OGGS pipeline as required. Offshore transportation, installation and pre-commissioning of SPS Subsea Structures supplied by WP-4 (SPS Subsea Production Systems) like: Manifolds, Foundations, Xmas Trees (optional) Offshore transportation, installation and pre-commissioning of the Dynamic and Static Umbilicals supplied by WP-6 (Umbilical System). Subsea Facility key parameters (note: the final scope will be subject to SPS awarded Contractor for development of final field layout): 15 x Production Trees and 7 x Water Injection Trees for Zabazaba field only 10 x 27 km of production wet insulated flowlines and associated 4off steel catenary risers. 20 x 140 km gas export pipeline (and coating) and associated steel catenary riser, including inline tees and PLEM at OGGS tie-in point 12 x 15 km injection flowline and associated 2-off steel catenary risers. 40 km (dynamic + static umbilicals) supplied by EPC-4. 8 km of gas lift steel catenary riser Project management and interface management within and across contract boundaries. 3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Demonstrate that the Company is registered in Nigeria and provide address of registered office in Nigeria and name of legal Entity. If Company is not registered in Nigeria, provide documentary evidence of a liaison/partnership with a Nigerian registered Company (if Respondent is not a Nigerian registered entity). If Respondent is a subsidiary of a Holding Company, provide Name and address of the Ultimate Holding Company, Respondents office for this work. 3.2 Provide copy of relevant and valid NUPRC registration certificate 3.3 Provide Registration No & Category (include CAC Form C02 & C07 and NUPRC Permit and Corporate COREN Certificate) 3.4 Provide Valid Tax clearance for the past 3 years. 3.5 Confirm Company has performed and completed: Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of wet insulated pipelines, flowlines and steel catenary risers as main contractor for hydrocarbon field operations in minimum 800m water depth, as well as fabrication of pipeline terminations (PLETs). Supply track record and evidence to support this. Transportation, Installation, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of dynamic and static steel tube umbilicals as main contractor for hydrocarbon field operations in minimum 800m water depth. Supply track record and evidence to support this, including as minimum the cross sections, umbilical size and weight. Failure to submit any of the above documents, may result in the disqualification of the applicant. 4. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS In addition to the mandatory requirements above, only those Respondents able to demonstrate and substantiate with relevant verifiable documents of proven experience, available resources, and readiness to undertake the Work will be considered for the subsequent formal tendering phase. In consideration of this, the Respondents are required to provide, together with the Mandatory Requirement as per paragraph 3 before, the evidence of the following: 4.1 TECHNICAL CAPABILITY & HSE MANAGEMENT 4.1.1 Provide evidence of detailed engineering design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of 10 to 20 rigid pipes for gas export, production, water injection and gas lift flowlines and steel catenary risers as main contractor with contract involving major engineering design, transportation, fabrication, offshore installation and commissioning of the pipelines, flowlines and risers for hydrocarbon field operations in water depth of above 1500 meters. 4.1.2 Provide evidence of hydrocarbon field operations in water depths of above 1500 meters depth as a main contractor, including the evidence of its loadout facilities availability of at least 60MT cranage and in any case sufficient to perform fabricated structures movement and load outs as required, including details of the waterways, quayside of hard standing length (with minimum load bearing capacity of 30 MT/sqm to support available cranage and anticipated loads) of a minimum of 150 meters and a minimum draft of 6 metres water depth and berthing requirements. 4.1.3 Provide evidence of the in-country owned or leased yard with a minimum yard size of 10,000 sqm, the existence/availability of at least 60MT cranage required for subsea flowline (10 to 20) and in any case sufficient to perform fabricated structures movement and load outs as required 4.1.4 Where the respondent has executed a detailed engineering design in Nigeria Deepwater in water depth of minimum 800m and deeper, the respondent is to provide evidence of the engineering scope completed in-country, indicating the following: (a) Engineering scope; (b) Total man hours spent; (c) Duration of Scope completed in-country; (d) Challenges experienced and how these challenges were successfully addressed. 4.1.5 Provide project completion certificates where necessary showing evidence of Deepwater (above 1500 metres) line pipe supplied in the last 10 years. 4.1.6 Provide evidence of HSSE Management System for a similar executed project in the past 10 years and the company interfaces with Subcontractors HSE System. 4.1.7 Confirm validity of Quality Management System in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and certified by ISO approved and registered quality assurance company. Provide valid ISO 9001 certificate. 4.1.8 FINANCIAL CAPABILITY 4.2.1 Provide Company audited financial statements for the last three (3) years. Please provide certified translations where accounts are published in a language other than English. 4.2.2 Provide Financial Statements of Operating Company and Ultimate Guarantor (e.g. Parent, holding companies etc.). 4.2.3 Have you previously received short term financing up to US$300 million?
