Tenders are invited for Transportation Services for Project Activities, Team Travel, or Other Specified Events Additional requirements: A. Safety: 1- Comprehensive first aid kit 2- Fire extinguisher fixed in the car with expiration no less than (6) months 3- Rolling seat belts for all seats, 4- Headrests all seats 5- Valid registration for vehicles with plate number, 6- Valid driving licenses for driver 7- Adhere to all traffic condition in Syria 8- Contractor will be responsible for any maintenance, accident if any. 9- Driver must adhere/ensure cleaning inside/outside vehicle on daily basis 10- Driver/Contractor must sign waiver letter in case of any accident, damage, or stolen. 11- Driver must have 5 years of experience driving multiple vehicles 12- Driver must have clearance/not wanted documentation by local authority 13- Driver must have ability to speak Arabic language, and English language is preferrable 14- Full knowledge of roads in Syria B. Other Equipment: 1- Basic spare parts packages containing: light bulbs, oil filters, wipers, and other items for day-to-day maintenance; 2- Tool kit for minor repairs/maintenance with high lifted jack, wheel brace, etc., 3- Air conditioner cool/heat. 4- Warning triangle 5- Padlock for a spare wheel, 6- Radial tires, 7- Rope for towing/pulling Announcement Date: May 12, 2026 Closing Date: May 19, 2026, at 05:00 PM (Syria TIME).
