The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Community Self-Help House, Consisting In Particular Of: • Demolition Of: Concrete Blocks, Walls, Floors, • Dismantling Of Joinery, Suspended Ceilings, Electrical, Water Supply And Central Heating Installations, • Construction Of New Roofs, An External Driveway For Disabled People, • Construction Of New Openings And Passages, Replacement Of Existing Floors And Suspended Ceilings In The Rebuilt Rooms, • Building New Partition Walls, • Installing New Internal And External Doors And Windows, • Installing New Mechanical Ventilation, Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Electrical Installations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. 4. The Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities Is Included In Annex No. 2A To Swz.5. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be A Lump Sum.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Enabling The Acceptance Of The Investment.7. The Planned Investment Will Be Accessible To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In Accordance With Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law.
