1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Removal Of Defects And Failures Of Active Markings, Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings On Provincial Roads Administered By The Masovian Voivodeship Road Administration In Warsaw. The Ordering Party Understands The Following To Be Responsible For Removing The Defect And Removing The Effects Of The Failure Of Active Signs: Removing A Defect - Restoring The State Of An Active Sign Or Pedestrian Crossing Lighting To The State Before The Failure Occurred Without The Use Of Replacement Materials, Securing The Active Sign Or Pedestrian Crossing Lighting Related To The Occurrence Of Collisions, Acts Of Vandalism, Damage And Other Random Events, Including Operational Failures. Removing A Failure - Restoring The State Of An Active Sign Or Pedestrian Crossing Lighting To The State Before The Failure Using Replacement Materials And Repair Of An Active Sign Related To Or Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings With The Occurrence Of Collisions, Acts Of Vandalism, Damage And Other Accidental Events, Including Operational Failures, Based On The Prepared Cost Estimate Based On The Prices From The Contractors Bid Cost Estimate.2) Due To The Specific Nature Of The Service, The Contractor Is Particularly Obliged To Comply With Road Traffic Safety Rules And Protect Road Users During The Execution Of The Works. Temporary Traffic Organization Signs Should Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Ministers Of Infrastructure And The Interior And Administration On Road Signs And Signals Of July 31, 2002 (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 2310). In The Event Of A Threat To Traffic Safety Or An Impact On Road Traffic Caused By A Fault Or Failure, The Scene Of The Incident Should Be Immediately Secured. The Contractor Should Prepare A Sketch With The Changed Traffic Organization, Prepare Photographic Documentation Of Securing The Area, Determine The Expected Date Of Restoring The Original Condition And Present It To The Traffic Management Body And The Road Manager. Depending On The Needs And Progress Of The Works, The Method Of Securing The Site Of The Failure Or Fault Should Be Updated By The Contractor On An Ongoing Basis And Forwarded To The Traffic Management Body And The Road Manager. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of The Provided Eyelet Organization Design To Secure The Works And To Secure The Works For The Duration Of Works Related To The Current Road Maintenance. Provincial.
