The Design Documentation Is Attached As Appendix No. 10 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Changes Described In Annex 1 To The Documentation.2. Contractors Obligations:2.1 The Contractor Will Carry Out The Necessary Activities And Bear All Costs Related To The Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site. The Contractor Must Provide The Necessary Utilities For Construction On His Own.
