No. Sizg.271.2.2026, The Main Subject Of Which Is Construction Works.2. Delivery And Assembly Of Brand New Equipment Will Take Place In The School Building, Located At Czerwonka Włościańska 37A, 06-232 Czerwonka Szlachecka, Czerwonka Commune, Makowski Poviat, Masovian Voivodeship.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: - Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, - Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, - Floor Plans Of The Rooms, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.4. The Materials, Devices And Equipment Used Should Comply With Declarations Of Compliance With Polish Standards, Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Proper Names Provided In This Swz And Annexes (Origin, Manufacturer, Trademarks, Etc.) Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature To Determine The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials, Products, Devices And Equipment Used. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. An Equivalent Product Is One That Has The Same Functional Features As A Specific Product By Name Or Origin Indicated In The Documentation. Its Quality Cannot Be Worse Than The Quality Specified In The Product Specification And Construction Documentation, And It Should Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Of The Indicated Product. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.
