The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of Tourist And Recreational Gazebos In The Towns Of Łopiennik Dolny, Łopiennik Dolny Kolonia And Wola Żulińska.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Three Gazebos Located In The Towns Of: Łopiennik Dolny, Łopiennik Dolny Kolonia And Wola Żulińska. In All Locations, A Gazebo With The Same Structure, Dimensions And Construction Technology Is Planned. The Designed Gazebo Is A Small Architectural Object, Free-Standing, With A Wooden Structure And A Gable Roof. The Gazebo Is Based On A Grid Of 6 Structural Columns, The Surface Under The Gazebo Is Made Of Concrete Cubes. The External Projection Of The Gazebo Is Approx. 5.20 × 3.50 M, Which Corresponds To A Building Area Of Approx. 18.2 M². The Gazebos Will Be Equipped With Tables And Benches And Led Solar Lamps (Solar Lamp At Least 300W, With A Twilight And Motion Sensor, With A Separate Panel And Remote Control).4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. 4.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions.4.5. Apart From The Scope Of Construction Works Described In The Above-Mentioned Documentation, The Subject Of The Order Are Works And Activities Related To: - Construction, Maintenance And Demolition Of The Construction Site, - Keeping Existing Roads And Parking Lots Intact, - Employing A Construction Manager, - Marking The Works, - Securing And Protecting The Construction Site, - Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, - Securing The Property Collected At The Construction Site, - Performing Other Works And Activities That Were Foreseeable At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer, Resulting From The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Construction Practice.
