The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road (Sidewalk) Along Dk39 In The Town Of Rogalice, Including The Design Stage And The Implementation Stage In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Design And Build System. As Part Of The Order, The Following Works Should Be Designed And Performed, In Particular: ● Construction Of A Sidewalk Along National Road No. 39, 570 M Long, I.E. On The Left Side At Km 65+380 - 65+490 And 65+690 - 65+790 And On The Right Side At Km 65+490 - 65+850; ● Reconstruction Of Conflicts With Utility Networks; ● Reconstruction Of The Exit To An Internal Road At The Intersection With Dk39 At Km 65+430 And Exits To Properties; ● Construction Of The Crossing Suggested At Km 65+690 With Lighting And A Transition Zone; ● Construction Of Sidewalk And Road Drainage. The Scope Of The Design And Implementation Stages Of Works Includes, Among Others: Activities: 1) Making A Site Visit To Identify The Subject Of The Order. 2) Obtaining Geodetic Materials For The Design Purposes. 3) Preparing Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements. 4) Preparing A Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes. 5) Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Resume/Determine/Separate The Boundaries Of Road Lanes Located In The Demarcation Lines Established In The Zrid Decision, Along With A Sketch Of The Boundaries Of Road Lanes Built As Part Of The Investment. 6) Development Of Design Materials For Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Special Provisions, Together With Obtaining Opinions, Conditions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents That Must Be Attached Under The Provisions Of Separate Acts (Including A Water Law Report). Together With A Water-Legal Permit And A Zrid Decision).7) Preparation Of An Application And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Road Manager, A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment / Application For A Construction Permit;8) Development Of An Executive Design With All Accompanying Studies (Road Part + Industries, Including Sanitary, Electrical And Other Necessary Industries).9) Preparation Of A Water-Legal Study Together With Obtaining Appropriate Water-Legal Permits.10) Preparation Of Materials For Obtaining Consent For Felling Of Trees Along With The Decision - Depending On The Needs And Design Solutions.11) Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation Of The Subsoil.12) Preparation Of Design Documentation For Installations And Accompanying (External) Devices.13) Submission Of Prepared Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of Construction/Works.14) Submission Of The Prepared Permanent Traffic Organization Design.15) Preparation Of The Specification For Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Corresponding To The Solutions Of The Construction Design And The Design Executive.16) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities For Works.17) Quality Assurance Programs.18) Permission To Perform Construction Works In The Vicinity Of A Monument Pur
