The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Podlaskie 2021-2027, European Regional Development Fund, Priority Fepd.05 Sustainable Territorial Development, Measure Fepd.05.04 Local Culture And Tourism, Project Type 4. Physical Renewal And Safety Of Public Spaces.3. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb.4. The Task Should Be Implemented Based On The Scope Resulting From: 1) Specification Of The Order Conditions With Annexes, 2) Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), 3) Contractors Offer, 4) Construction Permit, 5) Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.5. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Make: 1) Two 3D Letter Inscriptions On The Community Center In Consultation With The Ordering Party: Inscription No. 1: Village Community Center In Poryte-Jabłoń; Inscription No. 2: Volunteer Fire Department Poryte-Jabłoń.2) Commemorative Plaque. The Template And Content Of The Board Will Be Provided To The Contractor Before The Completion Of The Works.6. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site And Its Surroundings On His Own And Obtains, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation Excludes The Contractors Claims In This Respect. The Costs Of Performing A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 7. Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Is Not A Necessary Condition For Submitting An Offer And Does Not Constitute Grounds For Rejecting The Contractors Offer Referred To In Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
