Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Village Community Center Building In Kosów, Including Adapting The Facility To Current Utility Needs, Improving Its Technical Condition, Functionality And Aesthetics. The Modernized Building Serves As A Local Integration Center, Serving Residents As A Meeting Place, Organization Of Social Events, Educational Classes, Workshops, And Cultural And Integration Activities. The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction, Renovation, Installation And Finishing Works, As Well As Adapting The Rooms To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Create A Modern, Safe And Functional Public Space, Improve The Standard Of Use Of The Facility And Increase The Comfort Of Use Of The Building By Residents. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, Disassembly And Demolition Works Are Planned, Consisting In Removing Existing Elements That Interfere With The Planned Modernization. This Scope Includes In Particular The Dismantling Of Radiators, Plasterboard Partitions, White Assembly And The Removal Of Existing Wall Coverings. It Is Also Planned To Demolish The Fireplace And Remove Other Elements Hindering The New Functional Layout Of The Rooms. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of The Resulting Construction Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of External Works Includes Renovation Of The Buildings Facade By Appropriate Preparation Of The Substrate And Construction Of A New Facade Structure Using Mass-Colored Silicate-Silicone Plaster. It Is Also Planned To Clean, Protect And Paint The Roof Surface, Along With Carrying Out Necessary Repair And Security Works Aimed At Improving The Durability And Aesthetics Of The Facility. After Completing The Façade Works, Information Boards Should Be Installed And An Inscription With The Investment Address Should Be Made, In Accordance With The Architectural Drawings. Construction And Finishing Works Are Planned In The Internal Part Of The Building, First Of All Including The Construction Of New Partition Walls And The Separation Of A New Room By Adapting Part Of The Boiler Room Into A Cloakroom. Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, Plastering Of New Walls And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings Are Also Planned. In The Boiler Room, The Scope Of Work Includes Only Painting The New Wall And The Ceiling And Walls Above The Wall Cladding. In The Corridor, Walls Should Be Protected Up To A Height Of 150 Cm With Clear Varnish. The Modernization Also Includes The Replacement Of External And Internal Door Joinery And The Replacement Of Windows Along With Internal And External Window Sills, Only In The Scope Covered By The Proceedings, Excluding The Gate And Internal Doors To The Guard Tower And Garage Windows. It Is Also Planned To Replace The Floors Only In Terms Of The Finishing Layer And Make New Wall Coverings.
