Characteristics Of The Facility• The Facility In Question Is An Educational Building - Kindergarten No. 412 At Ul. Pala Teleki 8 In Warsaw. • The Building Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete, Column And Slab Technology, With Poured Ceilings And Brick Walls. • The Roof Is A Flat Roof Covered With Thermally Weldable Felt, With Internal Drainage Through Roof Inlets To The Rainwater Drainage System. • The Building Is Equipped With, Among Others: In Installations: Electrical, Lightning Protection, Ventilation, Water And Sewage And Central Heating. Assessment Of The Technical Condition Based On The Documentation Of The Inspection, It Was Found That: • The Roofing Felt Made Of Roofing Felt Is Leaking And Degraded, • There Are Detachments Of The Felt Felt And Damage To The Attic Walls, • Sheet Metal Flashings Have Incorrect Slopes Causing Water Stagnation, • Elements Of The Lightning Protection System Are Corroded And Worn Out.
