The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Warehouse Building With A Storage Yard Located On Plot No. 151/5 In Weklice, Elbląg Commune, In The Scope Of Repair Of Worn-Out And Unsafe Building Elements, Including Wooden Elements Of The Roof Structure, Roofing, Flooring, Moisture-Proof Insulation, And Repairs Of Masonry Surfaces. Additionally, Thermal Insulation Of The Walls And Roof Surface Will Be Performed. It Is Planned To Modernize The Electrical Installation.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Renovation Of The Roof Slope And Structure; 2) Renovation Of Internal Walls And Floors; 3) Installation Of Electrical Installations; 4) Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Foundation Walls; 5) Renovation Of External Walls And Facade Of The Building Along With Insulation And Installation Of Entrance Gates, Plugging Of Holes After Two Gates, Replacement Of Windows And Doors And Replacement Of Grates In Window Openings; 6) Implementation Of Concrete Bands Around The Building.
