The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called: Renovation Of The Warehouse In Weklice As Part Of Co-Financing From The Investment Program For 2025-2026 Developed On The Basis Of § 6 Section 1 Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 2, 2010 On The Detailed Method And Mode Of Financing Investments From The State Budget (Journal Of Laws Of 2010, No. 238, Item 1579).2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Warehouse Building With A Storage Yard Located On Plot No. 151/5 In Weklice, Elbląg Commune, In The Scope Of Repair Of Worn-Out And Unsafe Building Elements, Including Wooden Elements Of The Roof Structure, Roofing, Flooring, Moisture-Proof Insulation, And Repairs Of Masonry Surfaces. Additionally, Thermal Insulation Of The Walls And Roof Surface Will Be Performed. It Is Planned To Modernize The Electrical Installation.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Renovation Of The Roof Slope And Structure; 2) Renovation Of Internal Walls And Floors; 3) Installation Of Electrical Installations; 4) Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Foundation Walls; 5) Renovation Of External Walls And Facade Of The Building Along With Insulation And Installation Of Entrance Gates, Plugging Of Holes After Two Gates, Replacement Of Windows And Doors And Replacement Of Grates In Window Openings; 6) Implementation Of Concrete Bands Around The Building.
