The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Repairs And Removal Of Failures In The Field Of Construction Works In Buildings, Premises And Outdoor Areas Managed By The Municipal Property Management Board In Radom. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Current Repairs (Maintenance), Troubleshooting Along With Providing Technical Emergency Services In The Field Of Construction Works In Municipal Buildings, Including Residential And Commercial Premises (Also In Premises In Housing Association Buildings) And In External Areas Constituting The Resources Of The Radom City Commune, In Real Estate Entrusted To The Management Of The Ordering Party. The Communes Resources On Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented - Current As Of The Date Of Announcement Of The Procedure - Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Mzl Manages 150 Properties, Including 1,879 Premises With An Area Of: Residential Premises 65,202.60 M², Commercial Premises 21,557.43 M². By Current Repairs (Maintenance), The Ordering Party Understands Activities Consisting In Performing Minor Repairs Of Individual Building Elements Necessary To Maintain The Building And Its Surroundings In Proper Technical Condition, Including The Elimination Of Causes That May Cause Premature Destruction Of The Facility Or Its Elements And Devices. By Failure, The Ordering Party Understands Sudden, Unintentional Damage To A Building Element, Installation Or Technical Device That May Pose A Threat To The Safety Of Users Of The Building (Building Or Small Architectural Object) And Expose Owners Or Tenants To Material Losses. Removing Failures (Emergency Works) Means The Actions Taken By The Contractor To Remove The Causes And Effects Of The Failure.3. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Included In The Contract Template, In The List Of Basic Activities In The Field Of Repairs And Failure Removal Constituting One Of The Annexes To The Contract Template (Contract Template - Annex No. 8 To The Swz), Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz), And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
