The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 29 Section 3 Of The Act Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials. Whenever The Content Of This Specification Or The Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or In The Bill Of Quantities Indicates Specific Materials Or Construction Products, These Provisions Should Be Interpreted As The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials And Products Used Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Customer Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Documents Authenticating These Materials Or Products. They Will Be Assessed By The Author Of The Technical Documentation, Which Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Partys Decision To Accept Or Reject The Equivalents.
