Whenever The Content Of This Specification Or The Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or In The Bill Of Quantities Indicates Specific Materials Or Construction Products, These Provisions Should Be Interpreted As The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials And Products Used Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Customer Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution.
