Tenders Are Invited For Expansion, Reconstruction, Renovation And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Underground Storey (Basement) Of Zsoiz In Solec Kujawski To Function As A Protective Building In The Design And Build Formulation

The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Consisting In The Adaptation Of Part Of The Underground Floor (Level -1) Of The Building Of The Complex Of General And Vocational Schools In Solec Kujawski To The Function Of A Protective Structure - Hiding Category U-3, Intended For 120 People For Up To 24 Hours. The Planned Investment Consists In Adapting A Selected Part Of The Existing Infrastructure Of The School Building To The Protective Functions Resulting From The Regulations Regarding Protective Structures, With Maintaining The Basic Function Of The Facility As A Public Utility Building. The Implementation Of The Task Includes Both The Development Of Design Documentation And The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Enabling The Achievement Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Building. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. Detailed Guidelines Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Attached Functional And Utility Program. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary In Particular To: - Prepare A Construction Design Including An Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design, Designs - Obtain The Designs Required By Law. Arrangements;‒ Obtain A Building Permit;‒ Develop Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Industries And Categories Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of The Project;‒ Develop Complete Cost Estimate Documentation, I.E. Investor Cost Estimates Along With Bills Of Quantities For All Industries And Categories Of Construction Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task.‒ Perform Construction Works Based On The Prepared And Approved Design Documentation,‒ Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation - Obtain An Occupancy Permit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Legal Provisions And Standards In Force In Poland, Including Those That Are Not Listed In The Functional And Utility Program And Are Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Employers Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order1) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Qualified Persons (Designers, Managers Of Industrial Works), Having Appropriate Authorizations Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order And Experience In The Implementation Of Similar To The Subject Of The Order (Services, Works), Guaranteeing Its Proper Performance And Current Entry Into The Chamber Of Civil Engineers.2) The Design Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve And Is To Be Performed In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Status - As At Submitting An Application For A Building Permit.
