Material Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 2.1. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Demolition Of Mon Boards And Their Removal To The Premises Of The Municipal Utilities Plant. B) Removal Of The Road Along With The Removal Of Excavated Material And Its Disposal. C) Spreading A Layer Of Gravel With A Thickness Of 20 Cm. D) Spreading A Layer Of Aggregate With The Parameters: 4/31.5 Mm, Thickness 20 Cm. Gas Lines.F) Laying And Profiling New Mon Boards (Obtained From The Premises Of The Municipal Utilities Plant In Chrzanów Duży, Ul. Ekologiczna 1 - Transport On The Contractors Side).G) Profiling Of Roadsides, H) Purchase, Installation And Dismantling Of Information Boards For The Construction Period According To The Employers Requirements (2 Pieces) Annex No. 8.1 To Swz.2.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Is Described In The Detailed Technical Specification, Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And The Cost Table, Which Is An Element Of The Bid Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Answers Provided During The Tender Procedure. The Given Quantities (Pcs/Mb/M2/M3) Are Approximate.2.3. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature.3.3. The Attached Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications Should Be Treated As Complementary Documents. The Basis For The Valuation Of Works Is Comprehensive Design Documentation With Annexes. In No Case May The Contractor Refer To The Possible Omission Of Some Works In One Of The Elements Of The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party (E.G. Bill Of Quantities) When This Element Was Included In Another Part Of The Project (E.G. Drawing, Description). The Requirements Specified In At Least One Element Of The Documentation Are Binding On The Contractor As If They Were Included In The Entire Documentation. In The Event Of Discrepancies As To The Scope Of Works Specified In Individual Parts Of The Design Documentation And Other Tender Documents, The Widest Scope Applies, Unless The Ordering Party Has Clearly Excluded Specific Works Or Supplies From The Scope Of The Tender.3. Conditions For Carrying Out The Works: 1. Works On Roads And Streets With Heavy Traffic Should Be Carried Out Outside Traffic Peak Periods.2. The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts, To Complete The Necessary And Appropriate Street Markings For The Duration Of The Works, Ensuring Access For Local Traffic And Technical Services, As Well As Pedestrian Access To The Property During The Works (Temporary Traffic Organization).4.
