The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Intake And A Water Treatment Plant In The Town Of Leszcze In Accordance With The Documentation And Permits - Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Treatment Station Supplies Water To Part Of The Area Of The Piotrków Kujawski Commune. The Quality Of Water Treated After The Execution Of The Order Must Constantly Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7, 2017 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption (Journal Of Laws 2017 Item 2294). The Main Goal Of The Investment Is To Build Water Intakes With A Water Treatment Plant And To Achieve The Quality Of Treated Water In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7, 2017 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2294). The Works Should Be Performed And Completed In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law, Environmental Protection Law, Road Traffic Law And The Act On Public Roads, The Waste Act, The Act On Testing And Certification And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, And The Management And Supervision Of The Works May Be Performed By Persons Who Have The Authorizations Required By Law And Are Insured Against Civil Liability.
