The Subject Of The Order Is To Relocate Fragments Of Water Supply, Hydrant And Central Heating Installations. – Lubelska 30/32, In The Form Of Construction Works Consisting In Relocating Fragments Of Water Supply, Hydrant And Central Heating Installations, Colliding With Damaged Ceilings In The Central Part Of The Building At Ul. Lubelska 30/32 In Warsaw Along With Associated Installation And General Construction Works. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation - Technical Design For The Installation.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works And Operational Activities Including: 1) Dismantling Fragments Of Existing Transits And Approaches Of Water Supply, Hydrant And Central Heating Installations Colliding With Damaged Ceilings, 2) Construction Of New Sections Of Cold Water, Hot Water, Circulation, Hydrant And Central Heating Installations In Accordance With The Design Documentation, 3) Reconstruction Of Selected Installation Risers And Construction Of New Approaches To Receivers And Hydrants, 4) Relocation Installation For A New Route Under The Ceiling Of The Third Floor And In Existing Shafts / Grooves, 5) Installation Of Shut-Off And Regulating Fittings And Other Elements Of Installation Equipment, 6) Insulation Of The Installation. 7) Performance Of General Construction Works, Including Penetrations, Brickwork, Shaft Cladding And Fire Protection Of Passages, 8) Performance Of Tightness Tests, Flushing, Disinfection, Hydraulic Adjustment And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
