The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Revitalization Of Historic Buildings (Cemetery At Kochanowskiego Street) - Sztum, Cemetery Chapel (17Th-18Th Century), Reconstruction Of The Chapel Through Conservation Of Walls And Exterior, Construction Of Trusses And Roofing.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Cemetery Chapel Along With Its Lighting In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Compliance With Industry Arrangements And Decisions Of The Pwkz In Gdańsk, Including: 1) Reconstruction Of The Roof, 2) Exposure Of The Stone Foundation, 3) Reconstruction Of Cornices, 4) Reconstruction Of Pinnacles, 5) Reconstruction Of Other Damaged Or Demolished Parts Of The Wall, 6) Closing The Window Opening And Door With Transparent Grates,7) Lighting The Chapel From The Outside And Inside,8) Conducting Conservation Work On The Existing Elements Inside The Chapel (Plaster And Remains Of Architectural Details),9) Full Reconstruction Of The Walls And Architectural Details,10) Acceptance Of The Task By The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments - Confirming That The Work Has Been Carried Out In Accordance With The Issued Permit.3. Note: The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, The Content Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Read. 4. Detailed Design Solutions That Increase The Workload Are The Contractors Risk And Will Not Be Treated As Additional Works.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform And Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In A Complete Condition In Accordance With The Data Specified In The Documents Provided By The Ordering Party And From The Point Of View Of The Purpose For Which The Subject Of The Contract Serves.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out At Active Facilities. Construction Works Should Be Planned To Secure The Space For Communication, With Particular Emphasis On Disabled People. The Construction Site Should Be Fenced Off With Particular Care To Prevent Access By Unauthorized Persons.7.
