The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Urban Analyzes Of The Existing Condition And Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538, Consolidated Text). And Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Setting The Target In The Lubiszyn Commune. The Service Will Be Performed Continuously By Successively Commissioning The Contractor To Perform The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Draft Decisions Are Understood As Draft Decisions With Text And Graphic Attachments, Analyses, Results Of Analyzes For Administrative Proceedings Under One Case. Draft Decisions Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Prepared By The Contractor In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538, Consolidated Text), Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024.1116) And Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Markings And Nomenclature Used In Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And In The Decision On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589), As Well As In Accordance With Separate Provisions And Applicable Case Law. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) In Relation To The Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments: A) Carrying Out Analysis Referred To In Art. 53 Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act On Spatial Planning And Development, B) Preparation Of A Draft Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment With Annexes And Indication Of The Consultative Bodies And Institutions, C) If The Contractor Finds That After Carrying Out The Analysis Referred To In Point A) Above, It Is Not Possible To Prepare A Draft Decision On Determining A Public Purpose Investment In Accordance With The Submitted Application, He/She Shall Prepare, Under This Agreement, A Draft Decision On The Refusal To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Together With Annexes, As In The Case Of A Decision On Determining A Public Purpose Investment, Justifying In This Decision The Reason For The Refusal, D) In The Case Of An Application To Change Previously Issued Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment: - Assessing Whether The Requested Change Will Be Consistent With The Results Of The Analysis Referred To In Point (A). And Above, - Preparing A Draft Decision Amending The Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, - Preparing A Graphic Annex To The Draft Decision Amending The Decis
