The Offered Equipment Must Meet All Parameters Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Unrepaired, Complete And Technically Functional, And After Commissioning, Ready For Use As Intended, Free From Any Physical Or Legal Defects, Delivered In Original Non-Returnable Packaging Protecting The Elements Against Mechanical Damage. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Post-Exhibition, Demonstration Or Refabricated Equipment.5. The Devices Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel For The European Union Market, Which Ensures Full Warranty And Technical Support. The Equipment Must Meet All Safety, Electromagnetic Compatibility And Electrical Efficiency Standards Applicable In The European Union And Poland, Which Must Be Confirmed By The Appropriate Ce Marking. 6. All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Included In The Offer Price (Costs Of Equipment, Software, Drivers, Licenses, Packaging Costs And Possible Discounts And Rebates, Calculated Taking Into Account The Costs Of Delivery (Transport) To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party)7.
