The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Function Of Investor Supervision Over The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of Internal And External Water And Sewage Installations, Electrical Installations, And Renovation Of Bathrooms As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 15, Including, Among Others: 1) Performance Of Demolition, Disassembly And Assembly Works, 2) Performance Of Works Related To Finishing Works, Including: Casing Of Risers And Approaches, Bricking Up The Grooves, Making Insulation, Bricking Up The Penetrations, 3) Performing Finishing Works Of Plastering, Flooring, Wall Cladding And Painting, 4) Performing Works Related To The Installation Of The Internal Sanitary Sewage System, 5) Performing Works Related To The External Sanitary Sewage System, 6) Performing Works Related To The Modernization Of The Rainwater Drainage System Inside The Building, 7) Performing Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Existing Connection, 8) Performing Works Related To The Replacement Electrical And Low-Current Installations And Lighting Fixtures In Bathrooms.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 9.3. Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision Are Described In The Following Documents: 1) Technical Design - Modernization Of The Sanitary Sewage System (Annex No. 10), 2) Technical Design - Modernization Of The Electrical Installation (Annex No. 11), 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Sanitary Works (Annex No. 12), 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Electrical Works (Annex No. 13), 5) Bill Of Quantities - Construction And Sanitary Industry (Annex No. 14),6) Bill Of Quantities - Electrical Industry .Pdf (Annex No. 15).4. Other Requirements And Notes.4.1. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Independently (Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party) Make Decisions That Have Financial Consequences For The Commune Of Ostrów Wielkopolski.4.2. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over Construction Works In The Construction Industry, Which Complement Each Other And Determine The Proper Execution Of The Works. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications During The Execution Of The Order. Moreover, The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
