Tenders Are Invited For Providing Shelter For Homeless People (Women And Men) From The City Of Chodzież From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026

The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Shelter For Homeless People (Women And Men) From The City Of Chodzież, Consisting Of Two Parts; Part I: Shelters For The Homeless; Each Placement Of The Person Referred To Above Is Based On An Individual Administrative Decision To Place Him In A Shelter, Issued By The Director Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Chodzież. The Estimated Monthly Average Number Of Beneficiaries Will Be: • For Part I: Shelters For The Homeless - 8 People Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom Shelter Services Will Be Provided Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Require Assistance In The Form Of Shelter Services For Homeless People From The City Of Chodzież, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Exhaust The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Or To Increase It. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Change In Their Life Situation And Health Of The Person Using The Shelter. The Ordering Party Will Pay Only For The Duration Of The Actual Stay Of The Homeless People Referred To The Shelter. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Quality Of The Services Provided And The Compliance Of Their Performance With The Contract And The Requirements Contained In This Inquiry. The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Chodzież Will Sign An Agreement With The Selected Bidder, Specifying The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Including Ensuring Readiness To Accept People Managed By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Chodzież. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Standard Of Services Provided In The Facilities Run By The Bidders Is Ensured At The Level Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018.
